AIPhotonix Technology Co., Ltd. was founded in 2019 by veteran experts in the optoelectronics industry. AIPhotonix has dual platforms of its proprietary GaAs- and InP-based technologies. The company designs, manufactures and sells high-speed chips like 50G and 100G VCSEL, 50G and 100G EML, and 50G and 100G PD, primarily used in 400G/800G/1.6T optical transceivers for AI and data center applications.
AIPhotonix also offers a) InP-based epitaxy foundry services for CW DFB lasers used in silicon photonics applications and for high-speed APDs, and b) GaAs-based epitaxy foundry services for sensing applications e.g. LiDAR.
